Folded or creased may still be accepted provided that the Certificate's security features are no tampered, defaced, and are still recognizable. This Gift Certificate is not convertible to cash and has no expiration date. Any unused amount is not refundable. This Certificate may be combined with other tender payment.

The purchase or use of this Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions and will not be replaceable once lost.
